bm-kithaka-minDr. Kithaka is the Founder and vision bearer of Fountain Enterprises Programme (FEP). He is also the Group Founding President of FEP Group of Companies. Dr. Kithaka holds a PhD in Christian Leadership from Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary in the USA, Bachelor of Architecture and Msc.in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and. He is an active corporate member of Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), and a valuable Board Member of various National and International organizations.
bm-wachira-minMr. Wachira is the Chairman of Suntra Investments Ltd, Vice Chairman of the Centre for Corporate Governance, and Chief Executive Officer of WIA-EAST AFRICA. CPAs. He is a past Chairman of ICPAK and ICIFA. He is a Chartered and Certified Accountant and Secretary as well as a qualified Stockbroker.
bm-mark-minBishop Dr. Kariuki is the Presiding Bishop and General Overseer of Deliverance Church of Kenya. He is also the Chairman of East Africa Centre for Law & Justice and Vice-Chairman Evangelical Alliance of Kenya (EAK). He holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the University of Logos and is a Founder of Ukombozi SACCO.
bm-david-minMr. Tanki is a founding Director of Lan-x Africa Limited and also serves in the Board of Regent Management Limited.
He holds an MBA and is a Business Improvement Consultant with more than 10 years’ experience in senior management of various multi-nationals including NCR (K) Ltd and AT&T.
bm-sarah-minDr. Olembo holds a PhD degree in agriculture (Plant & Seed Pathology). She has held various positions in the African Union Commission rising to the position of Technical Advisor in Sanitary and Phytosanitary issues that are crucial in Economic partnership Agreements (EPAs) and the way they affect international safe trade in agricultural products. Previous to this, Dr. Olembo had worked as a senior lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Egerton University and the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Abeokuta, Nigeria. She started her career at the Ministry of Agriculture KARI.
On separation from the African Union Commission, Dr. Olembo remains a member of the continental AU led committee that spearheads issues of ecological agriculture and environmental protection, which she helped develop. She represents the African women's voice on this committee. Currently she is a consultant at Tangaza College of the Catholic University where she is coordinating the MBA course in social entrepreneurship.
With the many years of service in her area of expertise, Dr. Olembo brings to this board her experience in negotiating with policy makers, risk analysis and resource mobilization.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK).
