Dr. Kithaka is the Founder and vision bearer of Fountain Enterprises Programme (FEP). Dr. Kithaka holds a PhD in Christian Leadership from Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary in the USA, Bachelor of Architecture and Msc.in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and. He is an active corporate member of Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), and a valuable Board Member of various National and International organizations.
Susan holds a MSc in Business Analysis and Finance from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and she is also an honours graduate from the United States International University (USIU) majoring in International Business Administration. Susan has a wealth of experience in finance and investment management having worked at Pan African Equipment Group, Amana Advisory Limited, Citibank and Standard Chartered Banks.
Joshua has over 16 years’ experience in Operations and Supply chain management. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Kurukshetra University, India. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Strategic Management at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Joshua holds an MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supplies. He has previously worked as Procurement Manager for Diversey Eastern & Central Africa Ltd, and has held other positions at Haco Industries, Rift Valley Railways and Orbit Chemical Industries. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). Joshua is also a trained ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 internal auditor.
Arthur Mbugua holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is currently pursuing MBA at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK),Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and an Associate Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is a seasoned Auditor with over 10 years experience in Manufacturing and Banking industry. Prior to this appointment he worked at Kenya Women Micro Finance Bank in the capacity of Zonal Auditor (Western Zone). Previously he worked for Brookside Dairy Limited and an internal auditor and New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Ltd as an Accountant.
