How do I become a FEP member?

A.

To become a FEP member you are required to complete a membership form which is available in our FEP website and our offices customer service desk, attach a copy of your ID and pay the required registration fee.

I am not a FEP member, how can I get to buy shares?

What is the status for the Sagana Hotel?

A.

The construction of the hotel is on-going and the first phase which entailed the construction of the main and accommodation block is nearing completion. The second and final phase which entails the finishing of the main and accommodation block has recently started.

Some county offices are closed, which ones are operational?

A.

FEP did not close the county offices, but we rationalized our county services for efficiency in specific areas. Our services are still available in the following areas:

  • Financial Credit Service Ltd and Nobel Insurance services in – Nairobi, Thika, Kerugoya, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Isiolo, Meru, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kakamega, Mombasa, Kericho and Kitui.
  • Suntec / Justhomes Supermarkets available in – Kitui, Narok and Kapenguria.
  • Citadel security services and Kisima Real Estate – Main office in Nairobi.
